Make sure that you have sent/filled in

Make sure that you copy the entire text
including the character "|" as this is essential to producing the link in the ad
Do not copy "Link to:"
When inserting the URL or email link do
not include http:// or mailto as this is not needed in the mall management program
TIME-SAVER!
When adding multiple ads for a mall
client dont forget to copy the URL (the web page address for the ad you are inserting)
before you confirm the first ad. This saves you from having to type out the client ID
again and waiting for the search results when adding another ad. I paste this URL in a
word document with the clients ads so that I can create additional ads quickly by copying
and pasting the URL.
